πŸŽ“ Viterbo University: Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance / 2012, Adler Graduate School Masters in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling 2024 and Expressive Arts Therapist Certification. I spent 6 years as a sexuality educator and am certified in multiple sex education curriculums, as well as being a domestic violence / sexual assault advocate.

I am a queer, neurodivergent pre-licensed marriage and family therapist. My specialty is with queer folks/autism/ADHD/ and ethical non-monogamy with couples, families, and teens/adolescents! I connect with clients through humor, playfulness, and art-making, which I believe can help work through challenges that life can throw at us.

My goal is to create a safe space for conversations and growth around personal identity, sexuality, healthy relationships, boundaries, communication, and incorporate expressive arts into sessions as part of your therapeutic process. I use person-centered approaches because this session is about what you want and need, a narrative approach helps you to find your own meaning and role in your story, and feminist and multicultural theories acknowledge and identify societal structures that create real-world barriers. Plus, art therapy and play therapy are great for people of all ages to get us out of our heads. Art therapy can look like playing a game during session, doodling, or creating an on going project. There is no pressure to engage in art if that is something you do not want.

In my free time I spend time with my partners, friends, and rescue chihuahua mutt Coconut. I am usually listening to a few queer fantasy audiobooks, binging silly shows and cartoons, and cooking.
