🎓MA Marriage & Family Therapy, Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota (2022-23)

I provide an affirming and welcoming space for clients to consider the stories of their lives and relationships from a systemic, strengths-based perspective. I believe that therapy has a role to play in making a more just world and am excited by the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they pursue goals in all areas of their lives.
I am currently working towards my MA in Marriage & Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. My interests include gender and sexual identity, neurodivergence, adult child-parent relationships, self-esteem, stress in the workplace or career stress. My therapeutic approach is anchored in queer theory and relies heavily on narrative therapy. Other modalities that inform my work include IFS and Solutions-Focused Therapy.
