My therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic. I work with clients to help them better navigate their experiences and move through the world as their most aligned, authentic and grounded version of themselves. I believe that human relationship holds great capacity for healing and I strive to be a steady and warm presence that provides structure and challenging when needed. I also know that identity and societal context deeply impacts mental health, and as such I work with clients to create a space that centers the intersectional identities that they carry. In sessions I utilize a variety of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory and mindfulness. I work from a fat-positive, disability justice, queer and trans liberation, anti-racist and neurodivergent-affirming lens.

I am passionate about working in areas of navigating trauma, loss and grief, identity exploration including sexuality and gender, body image, living in a fat body, eating disorder recovery and disability. I have experience working with adults who were unhoused, adults and children experiencing trauma or who have received trauma-related diagnoses, adults and adolescents who identify as neurodivergent and folks in the LGTBQ+ community. I also work with trans, non-binary and gender-expansive clients to author their own identities including supporting social and medical transition. I honor the experiences you bring with you as a client, and I know that you alone are the expert on your lived experience. I am committed to creating a therapy space that is sex-positive and welcoming to folks in all relationship dynamics, whether intentional monogamy, polyamory, relationship anarchy, or others.
